the final day of teacher appreciation week and we’ve now visited six schools, providing chair massage to nearly 200 teachers and school staff members.

what’s been so universal in every single school is the impact even a short massage can make. the instant exhale. the softened shoulders. the release of jaw clenching, neck tension, and shoulder pain so many educators are carrying every day.

the education industry holds so much pressure, and these incredible humans are shaping the next generation while often putting themselves last. their work matters deeply, and it’s truly an honor to give back in a way that helps them feel seen, appreciated, and cared for.
